IMFORMACION DE RECORTES
OS QUEREMOS INFORMAR SOBRE LA REUNION QUE TUVO PARTE ESTE COMITÉ DE EMPRESA, EL PASADO DIA 21 CON LA DIRECCION. YA QUE LA INFORMACION QUE ESTA CIRCULANDO ENTRE LA PLANTILLA, NO ES REALMENTE LA CORRECTA.
LA CIFRA REAL QUE SE REDUCE EN KM POR PARTE DEL CONSORCIO Y TRAS DURAS NEGOCIACIONES POR PARTE DE ESTA EMPRESA, ES DE 1010894,81 KM. (PRETENDIAN 1500000).
ESTO SUPONE UNA REDUCCION DE LA PLANTILLA DE UN 7%-8%, 42 PUESTOS DE TRABAJO. (AQUÍ ENTRAMOS TODOS, TEMPORALES E INDEFINIDOS).
SABEMOS QUE LA MAYORIA ESTAIS PREOCUPADOS POR ESTA REDUCCIÓN, Y TAMBIEN SABEMOS QUE ES LO PRIMERO QUE TENEMOS QUE NEGOCIAR Y REDUCIR ESTA CIFRA A LA MENOR POSIBLE.
LO DEMAS ES LA REDUCCION DE TURNOS Y SUPLEMENTOS SALARIALES. ES IMPORTANTE, POR SUPUESTO, PERO LO PRIMERO PARA ESTE COMITÉ ES LA SALVAGUARDA DE LOS PUESTOS DE TRABAJO.
LOS SUPLEMENTOS QUE QUIEREN TOCAR SON LOS SIGUIENTES:
-LABORES INHERENTES Y VACACIONES, BONUS SINIESTRALIDAD, GRATIFICACION `POR LIQUIDAR, REDUCCION PROLONGACION TURNOS TALLER.
OS REPITO, QUIEREN TOCAR, OTRA COSA ES QUE NOS DEJEMOS.
LAS LINEAS QUE SE VAN A MODIFICAR Y REDUCIR, SON LAS SIGUIENTES:
- L1 MOSTOLES: FINES DE SEMANA Y LABORABLES
- L3, L4, ELIIMINACION DE LOS REFUERZOS.
-511, EN LABORABLES. (A PARTIR DE LAS 9 H).
-512 Y 513 SABADOS DE AGOSTO Y DOMINGO DE AGOSTO SE HARAN TAMBIEN EN JULIO.
-514, DIAS LABORABLES PASA LA FRECUENCIA A 20 MINUTOS, LOS FINES DE SEMANA A 25 MINUTOS.
-515, FINES DE SEMANA Y LABORABLES AGOSTO.
-517, LABORABLES, PASAMOS DE 20 A 25 MINUTOS, Y AGOSTO A 30 MINUTOS.
-525 Y 526, SE FUSIONAN AMBAS LINEAS
-532, LABORABLES QUEDA A 45 MINUTOS Y FINES DE SEMANA 90 MINUTOS
-538 DESAPARECE.
- 523, 518,528, SE METERAN REFUERZOS EN HORAS PUNTA, ES DECIR, ESTAS LINEAS EN VEZ DE REDUCIR LOS KM, AUMENTAN EN 66000 KM.
-REDUCCION DE FLOTA, 15 BUSES.
EN TOTAL SE QUITARAN ENTRE 16 Y 18 TURNOS.
DIA 27 REUNION CON LA DIRECCION, NO OS QUEPA DUDA QUE CUALQUIER INFORMACION SERA TRANSMITADA A LA PALNTILLA.
